Thanks to the standardized NEMA24 flange and compatible drive sets, integration is quick and easy. The 'Motion Designer' takes care of the technical design: the online software creates a customized combination of drive and linear unit based on individual requirements such as load, stroke and motion profile. The software also offers the option of downloading technical information, analyses and CAD data as project documentation, ideal for further processing in other programs. In addition, the stepper motor from item delivers a torque of 3 Nm at a rated power of 100 W even at low speeds and therefore requires no additional gearbox. This reduces complexity and maintenance costs. The integrated controller also eliminates the need for complex cabling, meaning that even less experienced technicians can commission the motor quickly and safely. The motor can be connected to sensors, limit switches or buttons via digital inputs and outputs. It is particularly suitable for precise tasks with small loads of up to 15 kg, for example in the packaging industry, in mechanical engineering or in high-tech sectors such as semiconductor and medical technology. The 'MotionSoftStepper' software is available for parameterization and commissioning and can be used to program typical motion sequences in just a few minutes. The programs run autonomously on the integrated controller. Predefined operating modes make it easy to get started: the automated application can be implemented quickly by entering just a few parameters.
