What new products did the exhibitors present at SPS 2019? Computer&AUTOMATION provides an overview of what awaited visitors to the Nuremberg exhibition halls this year.
The EE600 from E+E Elektronik is a differential pressure sensor for HVAC applications and is suitable for air and all non-flammable and non-aggressive gases. It works with an accuracy of ±0.5 % of the final value. It is available in two versions for pressures up to 1000 Pa and 10,000 Pa. Four pressure measuring ranges can be set via DIP switches (0 to 250/ 500/ 750/ 1000 Pa or 0 to 2500/ 5000/ 7500/ 10,000 Pa). The piezoresistive pressure sensor element works without gas flow. The measured values are made available as current and voltage signals at the spring terminals. The large, illuminated graphic display shows the measured differential pressure in either Pa, mbar, inch WC or kPa. The robust IP65/ NEMA 4 housing with external mounting holes allows the sensor to be mounted quickly with the cover closed. A knockout opening for a ½-inch conduit connection is provided on the housing for the American market. DIP switches on the circuit board can be used to set the various pressure measuring ranges, the output signal, the response time, the unit for the measured values and the display illumination. A zero point and end value adjustment can also be carried out using a button.
