High-torque gearbox in three sizes
With the 'GP42', 'GP56' and 'GP80' series, Nanotec offers high-torque planetary gearboxes in three sizes. According to the manufacturer, the compact modules can be easily adapted to individual requirements and have a long service life.
Nanotec gearboxes are available in single and two-stage versions. All gears are straight-toothed and made of hardened steel. As a result, they achieve a nominal torque of 1.8 to 47.85 Nm, depending on the size. In all three versions (42/56/80 mm flange), the sun gear is mounted on the motor shaft to save space and costs. A clamping system for connecting the sun gear is available on request for the 'GP80'. The gearboxes are available in combination with BLDC and stepper motors. Square and round flanges and various reduction ratios are also available. Individual modifications are possible.
