Growth in motor series
With the EC frameless DT, Maxon presents brushless motors with a frameless concept. The motors can be integrated into a wide range of applications, especially where high demands are placed on dynamics, torque and power density.
Maxon is expanding the series with the EC frameless DT50S motor, a shortened version of the DT50M. The new version is optimized for an even higher power density, has a good thermal connection and offers precise temperature monitoring with the integrated temperature sensors. The TSX-MAG encoder completes the EC frameless DT50. This through-shaft encoder is not installed directly on the motor axis (off-axis). It generates Hall and incremental signals and is therefore suitable as a signal transmitter for precise positioning tasks.
