With a rated power of up to 1000 W, the brushless DC motors from Nanotec's APBA80 series offer a powerful alternative to AC servo motors of the same size.

The new Nanotec motors are equipped with an encoder or encoder and brake as standard and comply with protection class IP65. Their peak torque is 9.6 Nm, the rated speed is 3000 rpm at 48 V rated voltage. In addition to the standard version with keyway, individual shaft modifications are possible, as are customer-specific windings.

Due to their low operating voltage, the 80 mm motors are particularly suitable for use in battery-operated applications such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs) or service robots. They can also be used in environments where additional insulation or special safety measures would be required for AC servos.
