Change in management
As of July 1, 2021, Thomas Wagner will take over as Chairman of the Board of Directors of ebm-papst. The current incumbent Stefan Brandl is leaving the company at his own request.
Stefan Brandl, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ebm-papst Group, has decided to leave the company on June 30, 2021 to take on a new professional challenge as Vice Chairman of the Dräxlmaier Group. His successor will be Thomas Wagner, Managing Director Production since 2002 and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ebm-papst Group. Thomas Nürnberger, CEO of ebm-papst China since 2016, will take over responsibility for Sales on the Group Management Board from April 1, 2021.
