Switching amplifier in M12 plug connector

With the 'IVA0012T', ipf has a connection cable with an integrated switching amplifier in the M12 connector in its range. The solution was specially developed for inductive sensors that can be used in an extended temperature range.

While the sensors from ipf are located directly at the location with the increased temperatures when used in areas with increased ambient temperatures of up to +230 °C, the connection amplifier is installed in a less thermally critical area to protect the electronics. System solutions generally consist of four components: the pluggable sensor, the pluggable connecting cable to the amplifier, the amplifier or evaluation unit and the connecting cable to the control unit. The 'IVA0012T' eliminates the need to install an amplifier as a separate module, as this is already located in the M12 plug of the connection cable. In addition to the M12 plug connector with integrated switching amplifier, the 10 m long, double-assembled connection cable has a temperature-resistant Lemo plug on the sensor side for connecting an inductive sensor.
