Sick has developed the ‘Ident Gate System’, an intelligent track-and-trace system solution that helps companies comply with the basic requirements of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains, applicable to many locally and globally operating companies.

Ident Gate can help companies optimize goods receipt by automating delivery notification control, prevent errors such as incorrect loading in goods dispatch and shipping, or implement security requirements. Using various sensors for object detection, goods identification, and direction recognition, it generates the data needed for transparent logistics and supply chains at loading gates, internal hall transitions, and other locations relevant for tracking material movements.
