Sebastian Müller becomes sole member of the Management Board

Jürgen Uebbing has resigned from the Executive Board of NCTE by mutual agreement with effect from June 2, 2025 and is leaving the company. Until further notice, CEO Sebastian Müller will assume the role of sole CEO and will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the company.

According toNCTE, since taking office in 2020, Uebbing has successfully taken the company public, opened up new markets and promoted the topic of sustainability both within the company and in reporting. In addition, he has provided important impetus for the internal culture, teamwork and the establishment of sustainable corporate structures geared towards sustainable growth. "Jürgen Uebbing has developed NCTE AG strategically and culturally. We would like to thank him for his commitment. With Sebastian Müller as sole CEO and Tobias Moers as a new member of the Supervisory Board, NCTE AG is well positioned to consistently drive forward technological development and successfully implement the innovation projects that have been initiated," explains Günter Pröpster, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NCTE.

NCTE is a provider of non-contact sensor technology that uses the principle of elastic magnetostriction. The medium-sized company employs 40 people at its site in Oberhaching near Munich.
