With the new Almemo 470 wireless data logger from Ahlborn, it is not only climate parameters such as temperature or humidity that can be recorded wirelessly. Flexible connection technology for digital sensors also enables the adaptation of a large number of different sensors for measuring a wide range of measured variables. Currently, up to 30 wireless sensors can be networked in a star configuration via one logger; an extension for the reception of up to 120 measuring channels is planned. The measurement data is stored in the device and shown on a 5.7-inch touch display. The sensors in the wireless network are managed and limit values and cycles are programmed via the clear, menu-guided display. Comments can even be stored in the wireless sensor via the logger for assignment to the individual measuring locations. The wireless modules themselves can be variably installed with various accessories. A rechargeable, integrated battery allows a battery life of up to one year, depending on the measuring cycle. Power can also be supplied via a mains adapter. The WLAN-based data logger system is internet-compatible and can be used for various applications. Compact measurement software is available for the evaluation or remote retrieval of measurement data.
