This year's special topic is "Networked measurement technology for mobile applications". With this, the organizer wants to take into account the growing importance of sensors, measuring and testing systems for the modern, networked world. The spectrum ranges from portable systems for measuring people to instrumented vehicles, mobile machines and aviation. The "Sensors and systems for image processing" theme stand in Hall 5 (Stand 5-436) is dedicated to image processing.

In addition, various exhibitors will be presenting the latest developments, products and possible applications at the specialist forums in Halls 1 and 5, which are open to trade fair visitors free of charge on all three days of the event.

Free specialist forums

The lecture forum in Hall 5 on the first day of the trade fair will focus on this year's special topic. On the second day of the trade fair, experts from industry and research will also present particularly innovative sensor technologies and measurement methods of the future at the 'Innovative Testing' forum. Visitors to the trade fair can also find out about the latest state of the art at the accompanying specialist conferences. According to the organizers, the scientific AMA Conferences SENSOR and IRS² are regarded as an international

networking platform for sensor and measuring technology experts from all over the world.
A special attraction is traditionally the live presentations of the exhibitors on the test track in the exhibition park. Above all, the opportunity to take test drives in instrumented test vehicles should inspire visitors.
