Turck
Change in management
Guido Frohnhaus, one of Turck's managing directors, is leaving the company at the end of February 2019. Joachim Göddertz will take over the management tasks on an interim basis.
Guido Frohnhaus will give up his position as managing director at Turck Holding GmbH and Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG and leave the Turck Group at his own request at the end of February 2019 after many years of successful work, according to a Turck announcement on February 7.
Together with Christian Wolf (Sales & Marketing) and Christian Pauli (Finance, IT & Human Resources), Frohnhaus formed the three-man team of the Turck Holding Management Board, where he was responsible for development and production. He also acted as Managing Director of Werner Turck GmbH. The successor within the management board will be appointed during the course of the year by the advisory board in consultation with the shareholders. Joachim Göddertz will take over the management of the company on an interim basis during the transition period. Joachim Göddertz is regarded as an experienced managing director and proven automation expert. With his know-how, he will "sustainably advance the company in the upcoming restructuring of the technology division in the Turck Group," Hans Sondermann, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Turck Holding, commented on the personnel change. In other words: Joachim Göddertz is to help prepare the company for the challenges associated with increasing industrial digitalization.
