Change in management

Frank Paul Nonnenmann replaced Michael Unger as Managing Director at Balluff on February 1, 2020. After more than 28 years with the company and 20 years as Managing Director, Unger is moving to the Advisory Board of the Neuhausen-based family business.

Like Unger, his successor Nonnenmann is also responsible for setting up the global production and logistics network and the Machine & Plant Engineering (MPE) division at Balluff. Unger's function as Spokesperson of the Management Board will be taken over by Managing Director Katrin Stegmaier-Hermle.

Through his previous career, Nonnenmann brings a wealth of experience in setting up and developing purchasing, manufacturing and logistics organizations in international corporations. In his previous position as Vice President Quality and Operations at ABB in Zurich, he was responsible for the supply chain of the transformer and power distribution division. Prior to ABB, he held various international management positions in the Honeywell Group, for example in the USA, China and the UK.
