Sensorless speed monitoring simplified

With the Safeone DN3PD2 speed monitor, Dina Elektronik simplifies sensorless speed monitoring. According to the manufacturer, installation and maintenance are simple.

At the same time, safety up to performance level e is guaranteed. The sensorless technology eliminates the need for an additional encoder, which is particularly advantageous for fast rotating parts to which no encoder can be attached. The direct connection to the three phases of the motor also simplifies configuration. According to the supplier, parameterization is carried out using a specially developed software tool via a USB interface. This enables reliable validation. The frequency range up to 1200 Hz extends the speed monitor's range of applications.
