Presence in China strengthened with move to new location

Hima Group, a provider of safety-related automation solutions, has further expanded its presence in China with a move to new premises in Shanghai.

According to the company, the opening is an important step in Hima's strategic expansion and underlines the company's commitment to supporting China's fast-growing industry with functional safety solutions.

"We attach great importance to good cooperation and long-term partnerships. We can look back on more than 23 years of successful development of the Hima Group in China and feel deeply connected to our customers and partners in China," explained Steffen Philipp, Managing Partner of the HIMA Group. Today, the company employs 80 highly qualified employees in China who work closely with the Hima Group's global experts.

The new branch is intended to strengthen the company's presence throughout China as a future-oriented hub for customer contacts, collaborations and innovation-driven projects. The expanded Customer Solutions Center enables the company to expand its range of training courses and carry out on-site tests, while the new multifunctional meeting area further optimizes interaction with customers. At the same time, the modernized office environment creates more comfort and efficiency for employees. "This office is more than just a new space - it is a statement of how important the Chinese market is to us," said Dr. Michael Löbig, CFO of the Hima Group.
