Transports pallets and pallet cages

The 'Safelog L2' is specially designed for transporting pallets and pallet cages. Its omnidirectional movement is achieved by four independently steered and driven wheels. This allows the transport robot to operate in confined spaces.

The all-wheel drive system offers robust handling even on uneven ground. The mobile robot from Safelog is available in two versions: The basic model 'L2 core' without active load pick-up is primarily suitable as a transport robot for goods-to-person processes or as an assembly platform. The 'L2 lift' is equipped with a lifting table mounted on scissor bearings. The maximum speed of the transport robot has been increased from 1 to 1.6 m/s compared to its predecessor, the L1. In creep mode, the device only moves at 0.02 m/s. This creep mode is helpful in flexible assembly lines, for example, where the transport robot is used as an assembly platform. Depending on customer requirements, virtual or magnetic guidance is available for navigation. Compared to the L1, the current model is 150 mm shorter and 30 mm lower.
