Software platform for automated machine loading
The 'PolyScope X' software platform from Universal Robots was specially developed for the automation of various tasks in machine tending.
Thanks to its customizable user interface, the software enables changeover times of less than ten minutes, according to Universal Robots. This allows users to produce significantly more batches in one day and organize them more strategically and flexibly. The tool is therefore particularly suitable for high-mix/low-volume production. The software offers a revised programming environment and a toolset that integrators and OEM partners can use to structure their program code into sections. These can be reused throughout the program. This makes it easier to track, maintain and troubleshoot each operation.
