The UR30 from Universal Robots is suitable for machine tending, palletizing and high-torque screwdriving, among other applications. In machine tending, the high payload opens up new possibilities for users to work more efficiently: The robot arm can handle several parts at the same time and perform several tasks in the same pass, which reduces changeover times. Companies can also use the cobot to automate high-torque screwdriving work. Thanks to the 'Steady Mode' function, it screws consistently and evenly. Thanks to its load capacity of 30 kg, the Cobot can palletize heavy loads in almost all industries. With its small footprint, it fits into almost any workspace, according to the supplier; thanks to a weight of just 63.5 kg, users can also easily move the Cobot between different work cells.
