Three questions for ...Trends in robotics
Under the title "Three questions for ...", computer-automation.de is publishing short interviews with the leading figures in the automation industry on a regular basis this year. This month, the focus is on robotics.
Dipl. Ing. René Auth can look back on an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic specializing in equipment/precision engineering and a degree in engineering specializing in production technology. Born in Fulda, he has remained loyal to his home town and is celebrating his 30th anniversary at Jumo in Fulda this year.
While his career initially took him into production engineering in 1998, he moved to production management in 2000. A short four years later, he took over as product line manager for product line 10 and became production area manager in 2013. Since 2020, he has been responsible for global production as divisional manager.
