Research into miniature mobile robots that could be used in medicine in the future plays a central role in the Department of Physical Intelligence. Scientists have now developed a magnetically controlled, four millimeter small bendable robot that can walk, crawl and roll over rough terrain, carry small loads and swim on and in liquid.
