Expanded to include assisted picking
The software and mobile robotics provider GreyOrange has expanded its GreyMatter AI software, which enables assisted picking in order fulfillment. This is supported by the introduction of the Ranger Assist picking robots.
Software and robots dynamically orchestrate the collaboration of employees and robots in order fulfillment. The robot is configurable for many applications including storage, multiple operator support and multi-floor operation. It can also complement an existing robot fleet or be integrated into manual picking operations. The Ranger Assist is part of GreyOrange's Certified Ranger Network (CRN), a suite of fulfillment robots and fulfillment tools that help companies modernize their fulfillment processes. GreyMatter is an AI and cloud software-based fulfillment solution that continuously considers performance, operational factors, order patterns and resource availability to make real-time fulfillment decisions.
