Autonomous robot inspection

Energy Robotics, developer of software solutions for mobile, autonomous inspection robots, introduces the 'Click and Inspect' feature. This function enables companies to create and carry out inspection missions during operation.

The basis for Click and Inspect from Energy Robotics is a digital twin of the respective inspection environment. The robot then independently calculates the ideal route to selected measuring points, follows this route and automatically records the required data. Equipped with a LiDAR scanner, the robot automatically creates a 3D site plan or a virtual site map of the system during the teach-in process. Once the scanning process is complete, the user can create new inspection routes via the user interface. To do this, they select the desired POIs from the virtual site map or the digital twin of the inspection environment. Click and Inspect can be applied to every crawling, rolling, walking and flying robot in the customer's fleet.
