It offers five new functions that can be used to solve automation tasks with position, shape, color, light or background variance. Micropsi's software works with real factory data; CAD data, controlled ambient light, predefined visual features or extensive knowledge of image processing are not necessary. Through collaboration with partners in various industries, the software has been specifically enhanced to meet special requirements. Features include the transfer of skills to multiple robots in one or more locations, semi-automatic data recording for robot training and the detection of abnormal situations or faults in the skills being performed. The software can also be used on powerful industry-standard PCs.
