Remote access
Hirschmann and Secomea cooperate
Hirschmann has signed a partnership agreement with Secomea. Together, the companies want to develop new remote access solutions.
The protagonists celebrate the cooperation agreement (from left to right): Peter Koldig Hansen (Product Marketing Manager at Secomea), Michael Ferdinandsen (CEO at Secomea), Johannes Pfeffer (General Manager and Vice President of the Network Division of Industrial IT Solutions at Hirschmann) and Mark Cooksley (Product Manager at Hirschmann).

"Together we will develop a complete range of secure remote access products, which we believe will form an increasingly important part of our portfolio in the future," says Johannes Pfeffer, General Manager and Vice President of the Industrial IT Solutions network division at Hirschmann.
Hirschmann, a division of Belden, and Secomea had already worked together on the development of another solution that will be launched soon. The central element of this solution is Secomea's Gate Manager - a cloud service that allows customers to connect their operating stations to remote devices. The connection between the remote devices and the cloud is provided by the Site Manager software, which runs on PCs or the Hirschmann Gecko switch.
