Under the name C-Control Industrial IoT-Box 100, Conrad Business Supplies, in collaboration with the company LineMetrics, offers a complete solution for monitoring a wide range of relevant parameters.
The solution is particularly suitable for companies that want to use sensor values to achieve optimizations, increase efficiency or prevent problems. The solution consists of hardware, communication and cloud services. Thanks to the plug & play concept, commissioning can be carried out without IT and programming effort. Sensor data is recorded via eight universal inputs (0 to 10 V) and Modbus RTU 485 and transmitted to the "C-Control Industrial IoT Cloud" via the mobile network. The pre-activated SIM card and worldwide GSM coverage ensure connectivity. In the C-Control Industrial IoT Cloud provided, real objects can be digitally mapped and provided with additional information - for example, when recording the fill level of a tank, its location, volume, serial number, filling material, documents and instructions. This information is available to users at any time on all devices, just like the recorded measured values. They also enable more comprehensive analysis. Active alarms based on freely definable threshold values help to detect and avoid problems at an early stage.
