MSC Technologies offers the OFT open-frame tablet series from Avalue with PCAP touch. The product family comprises four variants with panel sizes of 25.7 cm (10.1 inches), 39.6 cm (15.6 inches), 53.34 cm (21.5 inches) and 59.9 cm (23.6 inches).
Depending on the model, the resolution can reach up to 1920×1080 pixels. In the basic configuration, the tablets have 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB or 32 GB of eMMC memory. In addition to a 10/100 LAN Ethernet interface, the industrial computers also have integrated WLAN (802.11 b/g/n WiFi). The 25.65 cm model can be supplied with power directly via Power over Ethernet (PoE 802.3AT). A 19 V (DC) input is available for the power supply of all OFT products (optionally in 12 or 24 V). The display systems are controlled by the quad-core Intel Atom processor Z3735F with integrated HD graphics. In addition to Ethernet, the range of interfaces includes two USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI connection. A micro SD can be inserted via a socket. Serial interfaces, USB and GPIO are also available internally. Windows 8.1 and 10, Android 4.4 and 5.1 and Ubuntu 14.04 are supported as operating systems.
