In round design
Tianma Europe has developed the TM033X-DHG01 display, whose special feature is its round design. This makes it ideal for use as a thermometer or pressure gauge, where the supplier wants to tie in with the traditional use of analog displays with its design.
Thanks to a display brightness of 600 cd/m2, the display is also suitable for outdoor use. The active area of the display has a diameter of 6 cm and a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels. A contrast ratio of 1:800 and a color space of 16.7 million possible colors ensure brilliant and sharp image reproduction. The viewing angle of up to 80° allows the screen to be read from almost any angle. It is controlled via a MIPI-DSI interface - thanks to the integrated display controller, customer-specific equipment with interfaces such as MCU, SPI and RGB is also possible in the future thanks to the integrated interfaces at chip level. On request, the display module can also be equipped with a round PCAP controller, which opens up the possibility of implementing gesture control. The design of the display with external dimensions of 3.3 inches or 8.4 cm in an octagonal frame simplifies mechanical installation in the front panel of devices.
