With 'Dima', Wago presented a new approach for the modular automation of process systems at the main Namur meeting in November 2014. Copa-Data is now the first supplier of a process control system to work on this project.

<p>The basic idea behind the Dima concept is to assemble an overall system from several self-sufficient system modules. A module provides the higher-level process control system with its process engineering function as a service.
