The 'Smart HMIs' in the cMT series from Wachendorff Prozesstechnik are suitable for the IIoT. The series supports the standardized protocols MQTT and OPC UA and, according to the provider, breaks through the boundaries between image display, data processing and data processing. For example, the operator can use an operating device with a touchscreen ("2WBGcMT3151"), a screenless communication gateway ("WBGcMTG01") or a smart HMI server ("WBGcMTSVR100/102"). The communication gateway and the Smart HMI server can also be operated via a remote, wired operating display ("WBGcMTIV5") and/or via a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. By running the cMT Viewer and selecting the monitor on a PC, the operator can simultaneously monitor several screen interfaces from the operating devices, the communication gateway and/or the Smart HMI server. The "cMT Viewer Monitor" mode provides a real-time status of on-site devices and realizes all-round monitoring. The operator can monitor up to 50 HMI device displays and switch between them. A 3x3 and 5x4 tile view is possible. If a fault occurs in a system/machine on site, this is indicated by a red light on the screen to enable the user to react quickly and rectify the fault quickly.
