Datalogic takes over Soredi
Datalogic acquires the entire business shares of Soredi Touch Systems. The companies intend to complete the transaction in July, with Soredi remaining an independent GmbH.
Datalogic added the Vehicle Mount Computers (VMC) from Soredi Touch Systems to its sales program back in February. Based on this partnership, Datalogic signed an agreement on June 6, 2017, under which the company will acquire 100% of the company's shares. "With Datalogic's global presence, we can finally market our products worldwide," says founder and previous shareholder Alfons Nüssl, who will continue to lead the company as Managing Director.
In future, Soredi will operate as an independent company within the Datalogic Group. In the past financial year 2016, Soredi achieved a turnover of 6.9 million euros. The transaction is expected to be completed in July.
