With the Gemü app for smartphones and tablets, products can be identified, operated intuitively and product information retrieved. New electrical products can be initialized, configured, parameterized and localized via Bluetooth connection with the app.
The Gemü app displays both process values and status information and provides support when setting parameters and evaluating errors. The '1441 cPos-X' positioner is the first product that can be operated using the app. Products that have a digital nameplate (QR code) or an RFID tag can be clearly identified. This provides users with the correct product information and documents directly in the system. Order-specific information, such as acquired product certificates and certificates, can also be called up. The app also provides access to general product information and documents.
