RK Rose+Krieger at the Motek
Ergonomic workstation solutions with linear technology & co
RK Rose+Krieger is presenting components and system solutions from the fields of linear technology, profile technology, connection technology and module technology at Motek. One current example is the 'RK Easymount' assembly table.
For the 'RK Easymount# workstation solution, RK Rose+Krieger has brought together products from linear technology, profile technology, connection technology and module technology. Using electric lifting columns, the assembly table can be tilted between 0° and 90° and the height can be variably adjusted with a maximum stroke of 650 mm. This means that the height and angle of the work surface can be conveniently adjusted to the individual person and the respective work step using a 6-button handset. Employees can also equip their workstation individually. They can connect customer accessories via a continuous profile groove. Profiles can be easily moved within the profile frame using gusset brackets. The enclosure to be mounted can be quickly fixed in place with the help of sliding blocks. Users can adapt these flexibly to different drilling patterns of enclosures. Optional lifting, swivel or fixed castors make the worktable mobile.
The assembly table is available in two standard versions, each of which can support a maximum load of 75 and 300 kg. The concept can be modified for a variety of other assembly tasks using the supplier's modular system.
