Control 2021

Inka Krischke,

Not as a presence fair

The decision has been made: The 34th Control - International Trade Fair for Quality Assurance - will not take place as a face-to-face event this year either.

After extensive consultations with exhibitors and the trade fair advisory board, trade fair organizer P. E. Schall had to decide to cancel the trade fair, which had been prepared for 4 to 7 May 2021. The current pandemic situation requires continued patience from everyone involved. "It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to cancel Control 2021 as an in-person trade fair," says Bettina Schall, Managing Director of P. E. Schall. "Once again, we have made this decision with all those involved on the basis of common sense and a sense of responsibility."

As an alternative, suppliers and users will once again focus on the Control-Virtuell online marketplace for the time being: This means that topics relating to measuring and testing technology as well as vision technology, image processing and sensor technology are digitally available for lead generation around the clock, 365 days a year. With the thematically focused search engine, the desired information can be selected via the trade fair nomenclature.

The next Control as a face-to-face event will take place from May 3 to 6, 2022.
