Flow meter for conductive liquids
The temperature is measured in addition to the flow rate. A modern HMI allows configuration via Bluetooth and the 'Jumo Smartconnect' app. In addition to the Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) interface with PoDL (Modbus TCP, Jumo Cloud Connector), which enables end-to-end IP communication from the field level to the automation level, the device is also available with IO-Link and a classic analog output. The device uses the magnetic-inductive measuring principle. Its accuracy is ±0.5 % of the measured value, and an additional temperature sensor is already integrated. Thanks to its metal housing and Tri-Clamp process connection in nominal sizes from DN 06 to DN 25, it can be used in food-related areas in particular. A male G-thread is available for other industries. The nominal pressures can be up to PN 16 and the media temperature up to +90 °C. The HMI of the device consists of a TFT display on which two process values including status and information messages are shown.
