As of July 1, 2023, all business activities in the field of condition monitoring in heavy industry will be carried out by the iba Group. Previously, the two companies had already been cooperating successfully in this field for ten years: the condition monitoring software developed by Hainzl had been working 'hand in hand' with the hardware developed by iba for recording vibration sensors and process values since 2013. The system created by this combination is a tool for users, operators and operators of industrial and production plants and serves to reduce repair costs, reduce production downtime and generally improve the production process itself.

"We have jointly decided to continue the business activities in the field of condition monitoring exclusively at iba AG. With this step, we want to ensure that our customers can be offered an even better service, more target-oriented advice and more efficient project support. iba AG intends to continue and expand the customer relationships for condition monitoring systems that have been built up over the last ten years and the trust that has grown from this," says Dr. Ulrich Lettau, CEO at iba. As part of the takeover, iba acquires the rights to the software developed by Hainzl and will continue to develop it further. In addition, the experienced staff previously employed by Hainzl will also move to iba. This will ensure the seamless continuation of ongoing business processes and customer support.
