Building blocks of the Smart World

A total of 3100 developers from 58 countries once again made the pilgrimage to Austin/Texas at the beginning of August 2016 - for National Instruments' annual NI Week.

"Accelerate - productivity, innovation, discovery!" - was the slogan of this year's NI Week in Austin. In addition to the new version of the Labview system design software, National Instruments (NI) presented a whole range of innovations. These included a TSN-capable CompactRIO controller and an edge computer developed in collaboration with HP Enterprise.

Computer&AUTOMATION was on site and captured the innovations and impressions.
