Copa-Data at the SPS 2023
Focus on interdisciplinary data integration
Among other things, Copa-Data will be presenting the possible applications of the 'zenon POL' (Process Orchestration Layer) for controlling individual modules in the process industry.
The 'IIoT Services' service grid is used to integrate third-party components, allowing data to be stored centrally and in real time, while 'zenon' HMI, PDA and SCADA solutions for control functions enable simple operability. The DCS+ (Decentralized Control System) process control system makes it possible to control process plants in both batch and continuous operation. The Copa-Data tool divides process-related components into decentralized units, which is ideal for the MTP standard. Each section has its own controller, which works autonomously and is connected via a high-speed communication network. 'zenon Historian 360' is a solution for the secure and sustainable management of industrial automation data. The provider is also planning a seamless integration of ChatGPT into zenon. This will enable comprehensive documentation and support in the 'Help' menu.
