Flexible production planning
The Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system Ganttplan from Dualis IT Solution makes it possible to plan efficiently even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The detailed planning tool from Dualis IT Solution considers alternative production versions to solve these tasks - i.e. alternative resources (machines, personnel, tools), processes or materials with which a product can also be manufactured. The tool is able to select the 'best' production version fully automatically. It is also possible to define and fix the production version manually; previously, only alternative work centers or operations could be mapped. The function makes it possible to flexibly view routings (including all operations and workstations) and parts lists (including all items). In future, alternative work centers can be defined, among other things. These are stored in the operations of the routings as an alternative machine or alternative machine group. Alternative operations can also be defined.
