e.bootis-ERPII from e.bootis is an ERP solution with a focus on warehousing which, according to the provider, can supplement or in many cases completely replace classic warehouse management systems (WMS).
Compared to a classic WMS, which focuses purely on the flow of goods, the e.bootis software takes a holistic intralogistics approach. The prerequisite for this is a company-wide data flow in real time, which the ERP system creates as a single point of truth: The software incorporates all company data and brings together all information on goods flows - from procurement management, distribution and warehouse organization to service and production logistics - in a uniform data model. This allows all processes, including cause-and-effect relationships, to be analyzed and evaluated without media discontinuity. In addition, the OpenEngine technology ensures simple connection of logistics aids such as industrial trucks, high-bay warehouse systems or conveyor belts.
