Taiwan Expo Europe 2026 brought together more than 3,000 visitors and over 300 buyers and decision-makers from 46 countries in Warsaw. According to the organizers, more than 900 business meetings took place during the three-day trade show. The event was organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the International Trade Administration (TITA).

Following its premiere in Berlin in 2024, this was the second edition of the Taiwan Expo in Europe. The event was held at EXPO XXI Warsaw. Participants included business representatives, investors, government officials, and technology experts from Europe and Asia. Poland, Taiwan, Germany, Ukraine, Japan, and Bulgaria were particularly well represented.

Focus on Key Technologies

The trade show focused on semiconductors, artificial intelligence, modern manufacturing technologies, and resilient supply chains. The program was complemented by expert forums, company presentations, and matchmaking events where European companies connected with Taiwanese suppliers.

“The Taiwan Expo brings together Taiwanese companies and international partners to explore new opportunities in technology, manufacturing, and investment,” said James C. F. Huang, Chairman of TAITRA. “The strong turnout in Warsaw demonstrates the growing interest in collaborating with Taiwanese companies and underscores the importance of resilient supply chains and technological partnerships between Taiwan and Europe. Reliable international cooperation is more important than ever today for driving innovation and promoting sustainable economic growth.”

Germany Remains an Important Market

More than 100 Taiwanese companies participated in the trade show, including many first-time exhibitors. Solutions were presented in the fields of semiconductors, smart manufacturing, smart cities, healthcare, artificial intelligence, and green technologies.

Europe is one of Taiwan’s most important economic partners, with Germany playing a significant role. According to the organizers, Taiwan Excellence supports Taiwanese companies in expanding their presence in the German market through, among other things, participation in trade shows such as Embedded World, FIBO, Automechanika, MEDICA, and Electronica.
