Inka Krischke,

Configuring instead of programming

iTAC Software has equipped the iTAC.MOM.Suite production management system with new low-code functions.

This enables changes to the business logic or the creation of customer-specific user interfaces (UI) for the MES/MOM solution with just a few clicks and virtually no programming knowledge. According to iTAC, the low-code tools for developing solutions or modeling processes with virtually no programming can reduce the time required to create business processes by up to 65% and to generate user interfaces by up to 80%. Processes can be modeled via a drag-and-drop function using BPMN flows (Business Process Model and Notation). The processes are displayed graphically in a simple and comprehensible way for all users and developers. User interfaces can also be created via drag-and-drop and linked to the APIs of the production management system. Prototypes can be generated quickly and easily.
