Since its foundation in 2012, Forterro has developed into a software provider with more than 40 locations and over 1,600 employees. The company primarily offers software products for medium-sized companies. From comprehensive ERP systems for specific regions or industries to individual solutions such as warehouse management systems, POS systems (Point of Sale) or MRP applications (Material Requirements Planning).

Prodasos' flagship product is DeepPRO. By creating a digital twin of the production hall, this product provides a real-time overview of the production processes. The software uses algorithms based on statistics and AI methods to detect anomalies and identify optimal operating conditions, leading to a reduction in downtime and waste.

The AI booster

By integrating DeepPRO into the Abas ERP system, for example, customers should be able to maximize their productivity in the future thanks to complete transparency and real-time analyses. The benefits of this integration range from improved resource efficiency and delivery reliability, a faster optimization start to higher quality and error reduction. In addition, Prodaso's intelligent production planning automates the optimization of production schedules based on real-time information, which should enable fast and continuous adjustment.
