"For 2021, there are signs of very positive business development with current double-digit growth rates, and the global economy is on a very dynamic growth path in many areas! Expanding our production capacities and increasing productivity is therefore particularly important this year. We will also continue to invest heavily in research and development and training," says Hans Beckhoff, managing owner, summarizing the planned activities for the current financial year.

For the regions of Germany and Europe, the company recorded a single-digit decline, which is mainly due to the decline in deliveries to series machine construction. According to the company, this is primarily due to the capital goods sector. North America achieved a result on a par with the previous year.

In order to cope with the expected growth in the current financial year, the company is planning to increase production capacity by up to 30% in individual product areas.
