New Chief Technology Officer appointed
Rockwell Automation has appointed Cyril Perducat as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As of July 1, 2021, he will report directly to President and CEO Blake Moret.
Perducat begins his career at Rockwell Automation after a 25-year career at Schneider Electric. There he was most recently Executive Vice President, Internet of Things and Digital Offers.
Perducat succeeds Sujeet Chand, who recently announced his intention to retire. Chand has been Chief Technology Officer at Rockwell Automation since 2005 and has held various leadership positions in his more than 35 years with the company. Most recently, he was responsible for overseeing technical innovation, developing a common architecture, managing technical talent, and global business development with the entire ecosystem of strategic alliances and partnerships. He will work closely with Perducat until he retires at the end of the calendar year.
