Individuality in the standard module
'FlexiMod' is a concept for the integration of application-oriented solutions for electrohydraulics, with which W.E.St Elektronik simplifies the implementation of customer-specific functions on the basis of a standard device series.
In the basic configuration of the script-based FlexiMod concept from W.E.St Elektronik, all process and setpoint signals are read in and, depending on the version, output to the driver stage or analog outputs. The actual function for processing the signals can be freely defined in the script. The script editor is clearly divided into rows and columns. All logic operators, time functions and mathematical operators as well as some special functions are available to the script. This allows, for example, a simple sawtooth signal to be generated or more complex tasks, such as oscillating drives for cylinders, to be implemented. The first devices with the FlexiMod Engine are the freely configurable DSG-112-U modules with analog outputs and DSG-112-P with power output stage for direct control of valve solenoids.
