Infoteam Software is showcasing software concepts for Industry 4.0 with a simplified and functional model of a networked order picking system. The iAgent multi-agent system is used as an intelligent, decentralized control system and, according to the manufacturer, enables the flexible handling of production orders down to batch size 1 by means of digital shadow interaction. At the same time, the process and product data can be read out live via an Android app using a tablet or data glasses. RFID tags, QR codes and Bluetooth beacons are used for object identification. Visitors can use a web interface to create individual orders and transfer them to the system's database.
