About Herbert Graf

Herbert Graf is Senior Manager Operations Digital Factory at the Homag Group.

After studying communications engineering in Karlsruhe, Herbert Graf was employed by Robert Bosch in Schwieberdingen from 1984 to 1990 in the field of electronic diesel injection.

Since the end of 1990, Mr. Graf has been working for the HOMAG Group and has since been involved in developing his own axis control systems, his own PLC control system and the integration of various field bus systems into the PLC control system and the Codesys PLC.

During his time as head of the mechatronics development department, he was also responsible for the "DC industry" project within Homag.

For the past two years, he has been part of product management in the digital factory and is the project manager at Homag for the follow-up project "DC Industry2 - Direct Current for the Factory of the Future".
