Cross-disciplinary data use

For the first time, logi.cals is presenting the Open Web Automation Architecture (OWA), a cloud, on-premise or client-based engineering solution that can be integrated into client or cloud-based automation platforms.

In addition to supporting a multi-language development environment (IEC 61131-3, in C, C++ or Python), the focus is on the development of cyberphysical microservices (CPµS) and domain-specific languages.

OWA not only uses the cloud, but is also functionally oriented towards the life cycle of an application and the cross-disciplinary use of data. This flexibility is achieved through standardized interfaces (REST, GRPC or websockets).
