Most of the Codesys-compatible industrial controllers are based on ARM or Intel architectures. Support for the latest Dragon Core CPUs is new. The product range includes an integrated compiler in the Codesys Development System, with which users can generate executable code from their IEC 61131-3 application at the click of a mouse. The matching runtime system Codesys Control under Linux is available for device manufacturers.

All functions known in Codesys are supported by the system, for example the use of fieldbuses with the integrated configurators and the associated protocol stacks in the form of platform-independent libraries. Other available functions include visualization via web browser or via an additional low-level driver on integrated displays, as well as support for motion, CNC and robotics functions. The platform is scheduled for release in early 2023.
