Simon Pryce becomes new CEO

Effective April 3, 2023, RS Group appoints Simone Pryce as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director. David Egan, currently Acting CEO, will work with Pryce in his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Simon Pryce is an experienced leader of customer-focused, global industrial manufacturing and service companies, according to RS Group. He has a proven track record of driving results and meeting stakeholder needs through performance improvement and effective execution of organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Most recently, Pryce spent four years as CEO of Ultra Electronic Holdings plc, which was acquired by Advent in August 2022. Prior to that, he was Group Chief Executive at BBA Aviation for ten years. Pryce has been a Non-Executive Director of RS since 2016 and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee since 2019.

Simon Pryce will step down from all Board Committees of which he is a member with immediate effect. Joan Wainwright will replace Pryce as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
